Founded in 2011, DeepTireh began with a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility dedicated to producing high-quality healthcare rehabilitation products. By 2025, we had expanded to 140,000 square feet, reflecting our steady growth and commitment to innovation. With over 14 years of industry experience, DeepTireh has become a trusted leader known for quality, reliability, and care—helping people worldwide move toward better recovery and well-being.

Every item we produce is certified to meet ISO 13485, FDA, FCC, and CE standards, ensuring full compliance with global medical regulations. By keeping the entire production process in-house—without outsourcing—we maintain complete control over quality. Our rigorous Quality Management System (QMS), certified to ISO 9001, ensures that every stage is carefully monitored to meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. In addition, we are certified to ISO 45001, the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management(OHSMS), demonstrating our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace.

Stamping
Our process begins with high-precision stamping, where premium-grade metals are shaped into durable components. Each piece is engineered for strength and consistency, ensuring the safety and dependability patients and caregivers can trust.

Semi-Automatic & Automatic Robotic Welding
Using advanced semi-automatic and robotic welding, we achieve clean, consistent joints that enhance product strength and stability. Every weld contributes to the lasting performance of essential recovery tools like crutches, walkers, and frames.

Injection Molding
Through medical-grade injection molding, we craft plastic components with exceptional precision and smooth finishes. Designed for everyday comfort, these parts—such as handles and grips—combine durability with a human touch.

In-House Mold Shop
Our in-house mold shop allows us to design, build, and refine custom molds quickly and accurately. This capability keeps production flexible and responsive, ensuring every product meets our exacting standards and your unique requirements.

Annealing
To enhance durability, metal components undergo a careful annealing process. This heat treatment strengthens materials while maintaining flexibility, ensuring products that remain safe and reliable even with long-term use.

Automatic Spray Painting
Our fully automated spray painting system applies even, protective coatings that are both attractive and functional. Using eco-friendly and medical-safe paints, we deliver smooth, resilient finishes that stand up to daily cleaning and use.

Quality Management System (QMS) Process Overview

1. Quality Planning
We begin by setting clear quality objectives and establishing product requirements that align with international medical standards. This includes planning for resources, risk management, and process control throughout production.

2. Supplier and Material Control
All raw materials and components are carefully selected from approved suppliers. Each batch is inspected and verified to ensure compliance with safety and performance specifications.

3. Incoming Inspection
Before entering production, every material undergoes strict incoming quality checks. Only components that meet inspection standards are allowed into the next stage of manufacturing.

4. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During each production phase—stamping, welding, injection molding, and painting—our inspectors and automated systems monitor critical parameters to ensure consistency and precision.

5. Final Product Inspection
Every finished product is thoroughly tested and inspected for safety, appearance, functionality, and durability before packaging. We ensure that all items meet both internal standards and customer expectations.

6. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
If any deviation or nonconformity is detected, we analyze the root cause and take corrective action to prevent recurrence. This continuous feedback loop drives ongoing improvement.

7. Document Control and Traceability
All processes are documented and traceable—from raw material sourcing to final shipment—ensuring full accountability and regulatory compliance.

8. Continuous Improvement
Through regular audits, employee training, and performance reviews, we continuously refine our QMS to enhance product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
